First visit

The first meeting visit is free and without commitment. It allows us to get to know you and your animal.

Pricing

30-minute visit at €16.00 excl. VAT + travel costs. Discounts of 10% to 20% are applied for bookings from 2 to 4 weeks.

Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to 24h before the service. Beyond that, 50% of the amount may be due.
